- Had a leak from my Viking dishwasher. Called Alex in mid morning and set up appointment for 1:00-2:00p same day.
Alex arrived on time, diagnosed the leaking hose and did the work then and there.
Courteous and professional. Did some education on hose life and maintenance. Properly masked. Dishwasher now working and there’s a 2 month warranty on work and parts. Reasonable fee.

- Stellar service. Alex was not only extremely knowledgable and insightful about all the appliances he came to service (fridge Sub-Zero, dryer Bosch, washer Bosch) but also came back twice to finish up one persistent issue which actually had more to do with the water line of our awful building.
